Who We Are
With over 35 years insurance experience the Marty Pay Insurance Agency is uniquely qualified to handle clients needs in the insurance and financial services arena. Our office has received the prestigious Farmers Insurance Topper Club Award for sales and service for 19 years. Marty is starting his 12th year as an award winning certified instructor for insurance professionals.

Prior to opening up his office in Tehachapi in 1990, Marty was an agent in the San Fernando Valley for 18 years. He is uniquely qualified to handle the insurance needs of a small town and a big city. In 1998 Marty was presented the prestigious Hutton Education Award for education out of 1500 agents in northern california. The same year he was presented the Doug Haddon Award for education and service by the Kern County chapter of NAIFA. Marty recieved his MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2006.

In 2004 Carol was one of 40 Customer Service Representatives nationwide to win the "Customer Experience Superstar Award." As Office Manager she brings five years of experience, a friendly personality and a love of Tehachapi to a job assisting our customers.

Ginger has been a Tehachapi resident for 25 years which gives her an excellent working knowledge of the area. She has raised her two children here and has been a small business owner. She feels this is an asset in the life insurance arena which she would love to pursue.

Laurie is the newest member of our team. Laurie brings 17 years of customer experience to our office, ten of those in the medical field. She will be doing Medical Plans and Work Comp insurance. She serves both our personal and business clientele with a smile!
